A Great Gift Idea – by How To Be Mobile

How to Be Mobile is a website guide to show you the "How-To's" for your notebooks, mobile devices, and mini-notes. The have done a wonderful post on "How to Put Yourself on a Front Cover," using screen shots of how to create a personalized magazine cover! Take a moment to read their review as they did a very thorough job at explaining how to create a YourCover.

"Well, it doesn’t necessarily have to be you – a good photo of a friend or family member would also make a great cover for use as a gift – but the online design system offered by YourCover.com is certainly quick and easy to use, and can result in a pretty professional-looking end product.
Once you’ve designed your cover there are a range of options to display it. You can have it emailed and print it out by yourself (US$14.95), or have YourCover.com print it on glossy paper and frame it for you (from about US$45 – 60 depending on frame type). There’s even the option of getting it put onto posters, mugs, mouse pads or t-shirts.....(Read More)"

Celebrate Your Winning Sports Season with YourCover!

Every year parents look forward to attending their son or daughter’s sports banquet at the end of the season. The various sports teams get together to reminisce about the exciting moments of the great games they won, the sad ones they lost, and the crazy jokes and nicknames that were thought of along the way.

A common tradition on high school teams, is to give the seniors (or captains) a present so they can remember the four glorious years they played for the team. And don’t forget the coaches! They too have to be thanked for their time and effort all season long. A YourCover personalized magazine cover would be perfect gift and keepsake for this occasion! You want something that is different and unique, and a YourCover personalized magazine cover allows you to create a coach's gift, team gift, captain, or senior gift that puts the coach and the team front and center as the stars of their own magazine cover!

The free online design system allows you to upload up to 6 photos, highlight your season using fun and colorful headlines plus add fun facts or quotes from certain players! You can order the magazine cover as a pdf that you can print and frame yourself or YourCover can print and frame it for you. Wedding By Color - Great Blog Post

We just love all those bride-to-be's out there who are reviewing YourCover. We think using a YourCover personalized magazine cover as a wedding favor or table centerpiece for a wedding is really unique. It gives the guests an opportunity to get to know a bit more about you. It breaks the ice at the table as people read the cover and compare how they know you. Other fun uses for a personalized wedding magazine cover are to put one in the rooms of overnight guests at the hotel or to give them out at the bridal shower.

Once again, thanks so much to bridetobe0309 who wrote about YourCover in her blog. Below is a snippet from her posting, click on "read more" at the end to continue reading.

Great Review of YourCover

Val's Views is a blog that reviews all kinds of products and on Friday, October 18, Val reviewed YourCover. It is a great review of YourCover; it is very thorough explaining the process of how to create a YourCover magazine cover. She included screen shots that illustrate what she is talking about. I am really impressed with how the review was written and of course, with all the great things Val has to say about our product.

Please take a few minutes to see what an objective reviewer thought of YourCover. In addition, you may find all the other reviews by Val to be very helpful!

YourCover and Squidoo

We have been working on creating another site at Squidoo. Squidoo is this cool site that allows anyone to make a 'lens'. The lens is basically a one-page website about a particular subject or interest. For example if you are hugely into scrapbooking or Star Wars, you can create a lens about those subjects with photos, content and links.

We created a lens "How to Make Someone Feel Like a Celebrity" that has lots of fun ideas. Of course YourCover is listed but we also have suggestions about limousines and hair stylists and red carpets. Squidoo is really fun and we think our lens is pretty great too. Check it out: How To Make Someone Feel Like a Celebrity.
